Standardize localization's for all languages and added back perk point sguis that got lost during last update.

Shrank the mod size by removing redundant files with main divine intervention mod. This mod is now a compatibility patch for the main DICM mod, both mods are required.

Updated innovation selection menu to include the modded era and its innovations.

Updated the perk points menu to include all modded lifestyles. Currently you can give yourself perk points for lifestyles you don't have access to. I would advise not doing this, as it will show you have perk points available to spend, but you can't see the lifestyle.
