Serving Tray
- Able to carry dishes/food item that can be served to customers directly
- Any condiments/extra items (i.e, Ketchup, Cupcake Stand, etc)
- Napkins, Sharp Cutlery, Breadsticks, Candles
- Plates, Serving Board, Burrito Basket

Dish Tub
- Any item that is left behind after consumed by the customers
- Any item that can be cleaned in the sink, including the item it cleans into
