ENGINE INDUSTRIES PATCH

Engine Industries patch is live!
Changes Include;
No longer requiring VVE as a hard dependency (though, at the moment, please use VVE OR engine Industries, a vanilla recipe will be made today HAHA I DIDNT FORGET I SWEAR)

Construction cost for both VVE and EI have been reduced down to roughly 500-600 steel instead of 800ish.


Armor values increased.
