- Added latency in the minor faction region hand-off script so that it gives to the minor faction instead of Ogre when Cataph's TEB is on
(Reminder: You can turn the minor faction off if you want Minor gore instead of Dread King minor, and the default MCT value is off)

- Added the Dread King minor faction. You need to enable them in MCT in order for them to spawn
-- Flag is a PH
-- They don't have LL techs
-- While they're minor, they still get the effect bundle, and this is for getting mino spawn instead of Ushabti
- And fixed the issue of the mod using an actual faction string from Mixer that was requested by another person. Sorry if it caused an issue for anyone
