Archers now shoot Black Arrows and orc overlord guards now shoot orc Javelins.
Upgrading chance based skills like Rogrog's Elite now increases the chance to get AND amount you get every day.
MANY balances fixes.

FINALLY. I got back into modding and completed the mod. The only things I need to do is give sauron custom battle skin and stats. now to list what I added.

HUGE UPDATE
I can't tell you all in one note so if you want to see look at the desc. or load up Hero's Hour and check the Encyclopedia and look at my faction, spells, skills, etc. ALSO new ability called Tis' but a Scratch giving a unit a small chance to ignore damage. (Wonder if you can get what that's a reference to) Also I am going to add a unique skill for each hero and will continue modding, and soon might make a new faction. so bye, have fun. and have a great day.

Finished Sauron's special "The One Ring" skill, at rank 4 and 5 get a new summon spell

nerfed amount of knowledge and spellpower per rank from The One Ring
New spell unlocked by The One Ring Skill called March Of Minas Tirth usable every 3 days, it decreases all allied unit speed by 3 but increases their health and damage based on skill rank

Sauron got a huge rework getting a new skill that giving huge spellpower knowledge and a new spell allowing him to summon Gondorian Wights
New building that gives a huge amount of units (Basically a emergency reinforcement)
