Changed Hitgroups; This was in the last update, but I'm just making sure its documented. This should make the playermodels actually better to use with most weapon bases.
Added 1935/1940 Quartermaster Services insignia to medical models.

Changed all hitboxes for playermodels(experimental)

Added Shtrafniki Infantry playermodels

Swapped out old puttees with new ones.

Reworked all playermodels; Fixing Face flexes, Adding eye colors based on skins, and redone various aspects.
added Engineers, Technical, Medical, and Logistics/Quartermaster Badges.
Added Generals and General Staff playermodels.
Reworked Sleeve insignia
Jiggle bones are kind of all over the place though

Fixed outdated playermodel script(Which caused some quirky missing chands and extra stuff that flat out wasn't in the pack; Mainly M43 stuff from the 1943-1945 pack.)

Added M38 Rucksack and Fixed Belt_03 straps to fit better to the uniform and not clip as much.

Added missing Commissar playermodels(oops, I forgor them)
