v0.5.12 Alpha:
*Allowed Zealots, most Combat Forms, and Tartarus to hop around to compensate for melee-leaping being broken in Halo 2. This feature may not stay if it becomes too much of a problems.
*Slightly increased Stealth Elites' body health.
*Brutes don't need to lose as much of their health to start considering covering. Will probably be revised later.
*Heretic Elites can now throw uncovering grenades to give them a behavior over regular Elites.
*Allied AI are slightly more accurate with the Sniper Rifle.
*Skulls and the Scarab Gun are now versions that use this mod's revised melee damages (instead of being vanilla).
*Needler projectiles are slightly faster.
*Slightly increased Brute Shot damage.
*Slightly increased the damages of the Plasma Turret and the smaller Machine Gun Turret.
*Spectre turret does more damage.
*Revised the "dam" respawn code for Vengeful Vadam on Quaratine Zone. Still probably has problems, though.
*The Covenant that come down from the gravity lift on Gravemind during the prison escape are no longer invincible before they fully drop down: they are merely immune to falling damage now.
*Increased the size of Vengeful Vadam's "check" trigger volume on the last part of Uprising.
*Minor fixes and tweaks here and there.
No doubt other things I've forgotten about.

*Frag and Plasma Grenades have proper uppercase when picked up.
*Updated the Spiker backpack icon with a new one from the asset's creator.

v0.5.9 Alpha:
*Enemy Marines, Jackals, Brutes, Elites, and Combat Forms fire the SMG and Shotgun a bit less aggressively.
*Allies have a slightly lower collateral damage check radius when throwing Plasma Grenades so they hopefully throw them a bit more (while still not trying to hit your or teammates).
*Battle Rifle has a bit of a faster fire recovery time.
*Spectre has a tad faster fire recovery time.
*Etc.

*Increased Hunter max firing range slightly (both variants).
*Slightly increased allied aggression with the normal Sentinel Beam.
*Etc.

Basically a small update to provide some sort of update while I work on an update for ODST: Inferno.
