Corrected a flawed maintenance cost value.

Reduced the tris count by half for the court LOD model (from 532 to 248).
Reduced the tris count by almost half for the light prop LOD model (from 56 to 34).
Reduced the overall file size.
Modified the thumbnail, snapshot and tooltip for the light prop.
Made the light prop available for use in game and in asset editor.
