Bugfix for Khazan's Wrath not having a Cooldown
Bugfix for the Syu'Quez's Damage not properly being automatically scaled for LW
Syu'Quez now properly has a limited number of weapon upgrade slots.

Added the Gat'Dam Stainless Chassis, an excellent armor for your trusty Spark Units. And maybe a necessary life support for Mec Troopers, if you're using that mod.

Stainless Equipment now provides 40% Damage Reduction against Nightmare Bombs.
