=Added animations to afflictions
=Added reduced organ damage to Bloody Business
=Increased nicotine addiction severity from smoking more than 1 captain's pipe or 0.66 of a cigar
=Nerfed a lot of talents in order to make choices.
=Realized the severity of me removing a choice in Captains Politician tree, reverted most of the changes in T2 and T3 choices.
=Some talents got reduced dual-wield penalty for mod compatibility/just the machinepistol if running Vanilla

=Rum lasts longer for drinking purposes, more effective vs Husk Infection.
=Sailor with No Name now has resistances to the new addiction+withdrawal.

=SMG - lower fire rate, less penetration, standard ammo has negative effectiveness against armor
=AR - reverted the name and description changes, higher fire rate, back to 20 rounds magazine, same vanilla damage, less stun, 37.5% armor penetration
=HMG - small reduction to target impulse of bullets.
