Brought the beta branch over to the mod, call this version 1.0.0

-Everything has been set up as an entirely new campaign.
-Mixer compatibility.
-Fixed a bunch of bugs.
-Ruined everyone's saved games (check the mod description for the old version of the mod)

Also added in missing siege equipment permissions for the new factions

Might have saved the .pack as a movie-type in the last upload. Changed it back to mod-type.
