- Replace default GMOD weapon pickup hud

- Restructured all code/layout
- Replaced hitsound
- Replaced multi-kill sounds with Quake sounds

- Finish kill feed/kill text string replacement

- Updated some font's to fit better (Scoreboard/pickup hud/multikill/kill message fonts)

- Removed un-used sounds

Re-style some default hud elements from base gamemode:

- Kill feed/Kill Message now white
- Customized text for Kill Message

Working on customizing the actual text it will display and once I do so, I will work more on ACTUALLY re-styling the kill message/kill feed
