Added the following things from the Hungry Europans - Testing Branch:
- Jerky, a cheap and easy to make food from any kind of raw meat. It does not feature any benefits other than reducing your hunger while making you a bit thirsty.
- Couwola Cola and Couwola Cola Zero. Available in cans at vending machines. Very effective against drunkness and thirst. Can't be crafted.
- New look for the energy drink.
- Custom impact sounds for soda cans.
- Potential fix to pop nuts not always playing the popping sound in multiplayer.
- Adjustments to skill requirements of cutting meat. Mainly lowered required skill of crawler and mudraptor meat to better spread them out over the 0-100 skill range.

- Fixed two IDs reffering to Hungry Europans - Testing Branch instead of the normal version.

- Fixed menu terminal not sending messages to the menu screens.

Submarine:
- Added simple configurable cafeteria menu terminal in the kitchen.
- Added menu display screens at the tables in cafeteria to view the menu.

General:
- Made stun cause you to black out and be unable to see.
- Added option to sleep in beds. Sleeping makes you gain hunger and thirst 50% slower.

Submarine:
-Made engine and reactor room accessible to Chief of the Boat

-Fixed miniscule mishap.

-Moved the unique items for this mod from "itempatches.xml" to "items.xml".
-Decreased the fabrication time of the Makeshift shells.
-Made the "Makeshift Splinter Shell" do less item damage.

- Fixed crumpled paper note always displaying the UI when picking it up.
- Added white paper texture for the crumpled paper note.
- Adjusted crumpled paper note to not be stored in loose vents/panels by bots.
- Adjusted crumpled paper note to be a bit bouncy and less round to stop rolling quicker.
