Weight paint fix and potentially multiplayer animation flickering fixed too.

Fixed the weird arm, added a loading screen icon, and changed rage sound. The last update also added a different texture to the viewmodel which I forgot to mention.

Changed it to be more high-poly. There now seems to be a problem with the arm, but I might fix that in the next update when I add sounds later.
