Fixed mechanical overlay bug.

Updated colors to better match vanilla vehicles.

Updated power output using new formula to ensure accuracy. Both models are a little more powerful now.

Updated spawn tables.

Updated damage textures (temporarily removed) while working on a fix to address damage texture issues with moving parts. Keep an eye on condition to see how poorly each part is before it breaks while I get a working solution in place.
