Hotfix Screens Update Part 1

Fixes the tesla screens for multiplayer
Removes debug prints

Screens Update Part 1
Adds interactable screens for the model 3 and Y, It also contains a partially completed screen for the S

It readds the charging stations to the game again, this time it contains each variant of the supercharger from V1 - V4.

Also added a Tesla charging sign.

Fixxed Model X R and Plaid lights
