Finally fixed the issue of multiplayer footsteps playing both normal and custom ones at the same time on clients

-Improved illumination position on c_arms

-Adjusted phong shading values

-Weightpainting improvements on c_arms

-Fixed most of the taunts being the agree taunt

-footsteps made quieter
-fixed viewhands being void black when viewheight is on
