- Unlootable chest on ledge of humiliation room
- Hunter of the Marked NPC not being removed
- Use detect souls scroll: add DM note warning not to scribe
- Fixed bug where portal virtual exit opened too early
- Fixed game over on exit from Sewers to Port of Souls
- Fixed crash when trading soul fragments for armor.
- Reduced 1 tile wide choke points near entrance to Initiation Chambers
