- removed "Stronger Shields" upgrade from Foot Squires as they don't even have shields

- added basic compatibility with "The Old World Campaign, Classic". It has the same minor problems as "The Old World", namely Aquitaine won't show faction traits or hero preview in campaign selection and some of the unique Quests for Quenelles might not work.
