GENERAL CHANGES
- Added an edited version of Wulfhart's Imperial Reinforcements mechanic (thanks to Rhox and the OVN team!)
- Revamped Holy Orders buff
- Completely repaced "Hall of Dukes" landmark to "Crusader's Keep"
- Added a new mission that unlocks the "Crusader's Keep" landmark
- Added 2 new skills to Balduin
- Slightly changed Balduin's starting army
- Hermit Knights changed to be under the "champion" agent type
- New campaign skills for Hermit Knights

- Added MCT option to recruit dismounted variants directly
- Added MCT option to enable/disable artillery recruitment

- Removed custom followers and missions that came with them
- Removed Support mechanic
- Removed tier 5 barracks building (units moved down to tier 4)
