Updated the navigation and made so when survivor step off the edge of the island they incap immediately and need assistance to get back up.

Removed Easter egg as it served no purpose.

I added a easter egg from the original Vice City. You wont be able to view it unless you play as special infected in scavenge mode. When it spawns you in the water head towards the island and you will see it.
