Changelog:
General improvements and bug fixes for all NPCs
Fixed Rebels hands
Added Uncharged Zombie
Added Rebel Zombie
Added Vincent (normal, overcharged and joke zombie version)
Added Captain of Sector D
Added TL Pistol npc weapon (same as the normal pistol but using the TL worldmodel which is higher quality)
Added Modified Turret (Rebel and Hacked)
Added Grasshopper/Grublion
Added Rebel zombie torso
Added Explosive Headcrab
Added TL Crossbow npc weapon
Added Settings menu (found in the DrVrej section under the names of "Thunder's Leaves")
