Changed:

- Skill requirements adjusted for each class and grade of weapon, such as Renegade weapons are able to be wielded effectively by less-skilled individuals, but Coalition weapons require a little more dicipline.

- Skill requirements are now accurate to when the weapon will work at peak efficiency.

- Noise-Cancelling headphones. Same performance as standard, except everything sounds a room away.

- High-Speed Scooter, a large variant of the scooter with a larger speed increase. Use with caution with slipsuits, whiplash is very real.

Fixed:

- Diving Suits over Vests.
Couldn't make it come straight from the locker, but you will always drop your vest when attempting to put on a Diving Suit from your hands or the ground.

- Grenades and Ammo should fit in the Load Bearing Rig fine.

(Basically) No more partial crafting

Changed:

- All recipes no longer require partial materials, except in the case of Prototype USB sticks and Weapon Parts, as those are intended to be partially used.

- Magazines made in batches can no longer be reloaded individually, instead requiring a 1:1 of the batch.

- Magazines that are less of a material do not deconstruct into partial materials, instead outputting none.

- Basics of CQC, a vintage "Gauntlet" variant that gives full-body resistance to the wearer, but lacks any other defensive qualities.

- Some wearables were improperly tagged, making them not able to spawn naturally.
