Added option to force other players to select same speed.
This will work only if they are afk, since if they are moving the selected speed will just revert to normal.
By default enabled only for admins, can be enabled for all players in sandbox options.

Added pause option, but it is buggy. The game will pause, but UI will also be frozen, but you will be able to click buttons.
