Pop Growth
Pop growth has been changed. There is now a base pop growth of 20 which is adjusted by several things:
- Excess Food: between *0 - *2.2 Multiplier (the higher the ratio of excess food to consumption, the higher the bonus)
- Free Pop Limit: between *0.25 - *2.2 Multiplier (the higher the ratio of free pop limit, the higher the bonus)
- # of Pops: *0.23 per pop until 5 pops, then each pop will add *0.03 to the multiplier
- Used Farmer + Worker Jobs: -50% - +50% depending on ratio job distribution of total (the higher the ratio of farmer and worker jobs of total pops, the higher the bonus)
- Era 5 + Era 6: will decrease it by 10%/20%
- Each tech after having researched 45 will decrease growth by 2% (this is reached after researching all Era 1 - Era 4 techs)
- speed setting
Things to note: The stuff which multiplies, multiply each other.

Some stuff are in the mod for awhile, but I will add it here for clarification:
- Unhappy City = stops pop growth
- Happy City = + 15% pop growth


Neolithic:
You now start with 2 tribes but food gathering have been slowed down a bit

Civics:
- changed how the bonus is displayd for the "Democratic Republic" choice which makes it more clear where the bonus is applied to
- decreased choice "Hard Labor" and "Rehabilitation" of Capital Punishment from +5 to +2 Industry/Food
- Working Conditions: changed effect

Misc:
- decreased wonder claim from 250 base to 150 base influence
- slightly decreased treaty influence cost
- admin center now produce 2 influence
