Found and got rid of the culprit which made the mod unplayable. It was some old GUI changes I made for the older version. No other changes.

Version 12:

Minor update. Minor fixes.

Changed the name of Shadows of Blackwood Vale to Shadows of Raventree because it obstructed the battle UI.
Soem minor terrain bonuses for regiments.

Update 11 change notes:

Updated the recruitment of the Vale, and added two more units.
The Guardians of the Bloody Gates are now recruited only in the Barony of The Bloody Gates only.
Changed some of the regiments stats.
Added a shield for the Heavy Infantry regiment.
Updated the translation to Russian.
Hope everything works fine now.

Added correct recruitment of the Reach units for all the Reach Subcultures (Traditions). Now everyone in the Reach should be able to recruit them.
This will change at some point, but for now everyone just has access via Sub-cultural Traditions.

Update 9 change notes:

Added 7 more regiments - 5 for the Reach, out of which 2 are regional, and 2 units for the Targaryen culture.
Changed some of the backgrounds of some regiments to better fit the area they're from.
Switched the Summer Knights picture with a new one, and added the old one to the new regiment recruited in Highgarden.
Added a new regiment picture for the Sarsfield Horse Archer Regiment.
Other minor changes.

Update 8 change notes:

Added 8 new units - 3 new Stormlander cultural units, and 4 units than can be recruited in different areas of the Stormlands, plus 1 unit recruited in Clegane's Keep, in the Westerlands.

Removed the translations for now, because I restructured the files and they might not work correctly. They will be back soon I hope.

Minor regiment stats changes.

Update 7 change notes:

Restructured some of the mod files, to better prevent interaction with other submods.
Fixed some errors.
Changed some regiments' number of soldiers.
Added 4 units for the Westerlands:
- one pike unit, one heavy infantry unit and two mounted knights units, out of which one only recruited by the holder of the Barony of Casterly Rock
