Added config to hide shortcut entrances in fancy mode, if you wanna do that for some reason

fixed an error when generating the type blacklist

Updated assemblies for watcher 1.10

- Fixed remix menu not loading sometimes
- Disabled LOS in arti dreams and 5p's room
- Added shader assets necessary for mod into the repository

Made objects visible when outside of LOS in fancy mode:
- Iterators and some iterator related objects
- Hunter's neuron and all unique pearls
- Static lanterns
- Adjusted light sources so they are still visible when attached to a visible object (glowing players)

Fixed for v1.9.15

- Fixed smoke effects not being hidden in fancy mode

- fixed shortcuts showing up as a different color when out of view in Fancy mode

- Fixed the right edge not being affected by fov.
- Fixed arena mode.
- Adjusted the dither effect again. Added new option to have dither move with world position instead of screen position.
