Fixed Scopes and Attachments Points for PSL and Mosin.

Updated for B42 Features:

Conversion between Single and Magazine loading for the Sa vz 58 has been readded. If the user has a VZ Magazine loaded, the user can swap to hand loading, and the reloading method will be switched to topping up the magazine rather than replacing the magazine. Usefull for when you have have 1 mag.

Begun updating and readding Attachments. PU, LPS readded. Unfinished Stats.
