Moved the modifiers and traits folders into COMPATCH. Move them back into common folder if you want to adjust domain limits. They were causing come compatibility issues.
Adjusted the mines a bit.
Added the stem duchies of the HRE as kingdoms (called duchies in game) to help with overextension issues for expansionist players.
Modified the borders of Nordgau.
Still missing keys in non english localizations for new additions. Feel free to add them...
