- Elite Forces 2 Technology Buffed to 3% Soft Attack, +36 Hours Special Forces Supply Grace, 15% Hot and Cold Climate Acclimatization Gain Factor
- Improved Panzerschreck Technology reduced to 150 Days to Research, down from 175
- Wartime Trains 2 and 3 Reduced to 100 days to research, down from 125
- Wartime Train 1 Production Cost Increased to 65, up from 62.5 IC
- Wartime Train 2 Production Cost Increased to 55, up from 50 IC
- Wartime Train 3 Production Cost Increased to 45, up from 37.5 IC
- Armored Train Cost Increases by 5 IC per tier, down from 10 IC per tier
- Armored Train 1 IC Cost decreased to 90 IC, down from 100
- Railway Gun IC Costs increase by 100 per tier, down from 180 IC
- Railway Gun 1 Max Speed Reduced to 4 km/hr, down from 5
- Railway Gun 2 Max Speed Increased to 6 km/hr, up from 5.5
- Railway Gun 3 Max Speed Increased to 8 km/hr, up from 6
- Railway Gun Reliability Rises by 5% per tier, up from 2.5%
