Fixed missing/broken images.

Transferred 40 images from Sroker's TTS Steam Cloud to Quickle's TTS Steam Cloud. Somehow his TTS Cloud hosting capabilities got messed up. We transferred the files to my cloud and nuked his TTS Cloud. That seemed to fix the issue!

Fixed the French language Japan action card deck: the "Banzai" cards were previously covered up, and the deck's backside image was wrong (it had some ghosted text in the background).

Updated graphics for a number of tokens to improve readability. For example, now all icons depicting a "Blast" special ability have the letter written on top. For example, "A" blast or "B" blast.
