Fixed some hulls issues, npc pathfindings, texture's overlaps, AND DELETED FUCKING AUTO-DOORS, now doors manual with only auto-closing when no one around, and some etc fixes

Fixed upper airlock, doors now manual

Almost all floor-duct wat 1 pixel off, fixed it

Redid upper airlock

* Fixed and a little rework to fuel progress bar on reactor
* Adjusted neutral ballast level for more appropriate level
