v2.1 update - aligned the screens image

v2.0 update - changed details in the concrete/rumble areas, new banners all around, new position tower leaving the pits, Screens all around, new building after garages, new garage extension, new stands all around, new bridges, new gravel area,etc. In general the changes were mostly graphical. Inserted the road details specially for wet conditions. New rrbin files.
