Changes from Migrating from Main to Standalone:

Changed the employment of Entertainment industries.
Nerfed the production of housing, made it use more goods in the higher levels, buffed the production of luxury housing very slightly (in test runs luxury housing was always in shortage, and housing, especially with the higher level PMs, was easy to supply and made way too much.)
Added a Music good produced by Art Academy's, used with the Theater PM, consumed by very wealthy pops.
Fixed the Sports Stadium PM not doing anything.
