+ Optional Game rule to let the AI form a subset of rather immersive Syncretic Cultures
+ Debug Menu: Appears after a country has activated a Syncretic Culture journal entry. Lets you trigger additional yearly events, the 30/50/70 yr milestone events or to convert all pops at once in case you are experiencing general pop fragmentation issues or want to set AI Syncretic Cultures to 100% for what ever reason. You can also hide this debug decision based on personal taste. An event to re-add a primary after forming a new country or to check if new valid homelands have joined your nation is not included here as the yearly check takes care of those already.
