edited the appearance of level 4 "meat boy" and lil delirium "meat boy" to look good
graycob the jayfruit now faces the right direction when moving

Renamed to "Unusual fruit" as apparently the previous name was also the name of a racist song. I am sorry about that, I was unaware of the connotations.
