Updated how I'm "removing" old parts. The level 1-4 seats are now just hidden from inventory so that old creations can load, but you can't regularly build with those old parts.

Removed level 1-4 seats and engines and moved them to legacy support. Recipes updated. Added GUI to seat settings. Added new functionality to Seat to Logic converter.
