A-10 Gun effects update. I think it looks ridiculous, but that means people are gonna love it.

Moved convar check for hud

- Mass backend update
- Implemented my own loadout framework, 99% of aircraft should have an option to set to an empty loadout.
- Whatever performance changes I've made since the last update, generally reduced thrust.

- Literally only increased the A-10's bullet force.

- Added [LVS] - Flares Support
- Flare controls are controlled by the 2nd seat in any two-seater aircraft

- Updated code related to new nozzle flexes for F-14B and F-14D
