Added Horizon Defense Force to INDFOR
Added HDF reservists to BLUFOR, OPFOR and INDFOR, find them under the HDF faction.

Adds Livonian conscripts, reservists, partisans, deserters or what have you for BLUFOR, OPFOR and INDFOR. They can be found under the LDF faction.
This update also adds a face lift for the American faction in Arid and Woodland variants. This should tie in nicely with a future Western Sahara expansion pack.
