Change wifi channels to 711/712 to fix conflict with Remora channels.
Fix bot waypoints so they won't get stuck when trying to repair the bottom of the hull.

Fix movement controls when onboard and remote periscopes are in use at the same time. Also make the controls less sensitive for upgraded engines.

Fix remote docking / undocking
