  • Orbital Telescope set maximum level to 1, added secondary role "Observational Research" which is slower but more efficient than a standard level 1 research station. Time to discover sectors increased from 60 days to 90.
  • Research station has a secondary production lab "Advanced lab". Using Electronics instead of tools.
  • Added new resources, "Waste", "Scrap Metal" and "Scrap Plastic".
  • Habitation Stations now produce Waste.
  • Farms now have a secondary production which uses Waste to produce Food.
  • New Recycling Plant, produces Scrap Metal and Plastic from Waste.
  • Steelworks and Plastic Refinery now each has a secondary production method using Scrap to produce their primary resource.
  • United Farms & Chemicals start the game with 2 level 2 Recycling plants, Ion Lane with 1 level 1 and Ghost Works with 1 level 1.
