Added 2 custom homes and deleted some clutter

Add another semi at spawn I also updated some of the under construction buildings with some beams and 1 floor to a building behind the store just a small edit nothing major.

Some minor changed like fixing a floating house,
adding another car,
changing world boarder size and
deleting some buggy things.
