Added new convars to control whether teammates can be targeted or not: (thanks Nick!)
ttt_snailplane_target_fellow_traitors 0
ttt_snailplane_target_fellow_innocents 0
ttt_snailplane_target_fellow_monsters 0

- Added ttt_snailplane_speed and ttt_snailplane_music convars
- Default speed of the snail plane is now faster

Now kills on touch rather than by explosion, and has the pistol model, just like the killer snail

Updated weapon description, chase music now plays on first being targeted rather than on spawn
