Fixed issue with Culture namelist fleet names.

fix for missing apostraphes in ancient egypt namelist

Fixed missing apostraphes from Ancient Egyptian namelist (ex: Sets Chariot -> Set's Chariot).

Added three new namelists (including automated translation): Native American and Chinese based on their respective histories and mythologies, and the Culture, based on Ian M. Banks' Culture series.

Added regnal names to American, Battlestar Galactica, Medieval-Modern, Nature-Modern, Nature, Star Trek, UNE, and Western Nations

Fully translated name-lists as well as a number of bug-fixes removing unsupported characters so that ? does not show up.

Fixed issue where Ancient Egyptian royal names weren't showing up in species creation when the random generation button was pressed.
