Added extra commands to Mechanics terminal
(also made ship 1mk for just a bit for testing, next update will fix this)

Fixed bots getting stuck in the docking port.
Fixed exploding sometimes when walking between shuttle and ship (would only happen during combat it seemed)
Changed door in reception to a windowed door
Added benches back
Added monitor to reception

Changed junction room into two different rooms.
FIXED WAYPOINTS, should be much much better now.
Changed shuttle shape just a little bit.
Changed some hulls to be different shapes and make running water not look as weird.
Fixed top airlock getting stuck at permanent 4% water flood.
Added some ammo to be default included with the sub so you arent left with no ammo upon purchase.
