Final version, I did some more file compression and fixed the string cheese looking texture on some models.
If I decide to update again it'll be a long while.

Reduced size again and forgot Inventory UI oops.

Removed RF code from the map, this was an oversight on my part. We sorted it out but still.
Charger and Jockey is restored to work on the maps again.
Reduced Snow & Rain Particles, original hurts the eyes I'm sorry.

Let me know if i should reduce the inventory hud size next otherwise this will be the last update.
