!! ACCGR Update 1.1 !!

There has been a ton of changes, some minor, some major, to existing cards. These were mainly for re-balancing and tweaking abilities to sort of wrangle in the meta a bit and help other cards stand out in the sea of choices rather than be drowned in the current swamp of what is Meta.

Other than that we have 2 NEW ADDITIONS with this release! Wave Rippers and Street Breed!
Both of these teams have been play-tested extensively and shouldn't need to be tweaked in the future. (hopefully)

We hope you enjoy this update! Our next update plans to add some community made cars, for our Basilicom team, and some other community ideas. Along with working on the final 3 World Race Teams. More on that later.

For now, lets go over the main changes!
"

# New Teams #
- Wave Rippers : A team that focuses on AP Recovery and Drawing/Cycling Cards.
- Street Breed : A Mod heavy team that allows you to retain Mods at the end of the race.
* Both Teams will release with 7 Vehicles and 5 Team Cards.

# New Cards #
- 10 Universal Cards, comprised of 4 Shifts, 3 Mods, and 3 Hazards.

# All Changes #
* Universal
"Rocket Socket Hyperpod" is now 3-1-1 with its AP Cost going from 4 to 5.
"Dual Driller Hyperpod" is now 1-3-1 with its AP Cost going from 4 to 5.
"Octo Rod Hyperpod" is now 1-1-3 with its AP Cost going from 4 to 5.
"Carpoon Hyperpod" has had its power stat removed, and a small rework to its ability. Same Ability to Steal.
"Air Refresher" is now 3 AP instead of 4.
"Tame Wildlife" Accelecharger now works for ALL Shifts instead of just 0 AP Cost(s)
- Various typescript changes.

* Teku
"Spoiler" now increase the active SPP of 0 AP shifts. (Major Change)

* Metal Maniacs
!!Team Ability!! now is restricted to 3 AP or less Mods. (Major Change)
"Vector Thrust" will now reduce the AP Cost of your playable shifts during a turn. (Major Change)

* Silencerz
"Camouflage" now allows you to remove a Hazard from the Vehicle. (Major Change)
"Wheel Shield" now makes your S-P-P unaffected by Hazards. (Major Change)
"Drifiting" is now a Chainable Shift. (Major Change)
"Reaction Time" will now make the drawn card from an AC free to play. (Major Change)
"Feather Frame" is Dual Modability but has its AP cost set to 3 instead of 2.

* Drones
"Spy Eye" is now a Shift. (Major Change)
"Endure" is now a Mod, and it will increase the AP Cost of Hazards. (Major Change)
"Slam Ram Hyperpod" will now remove cards upon entering realms.
"Strato Thuster Hyperpod" has its AP reduced to 4 from 5, but loses its 2 Performance Stat.
"Sweepers" has its AP reduced to 2 from 4, but loses its 2 Power Stat.

* Distance !! COMPLETE REWORK !!
Due to how the meta is, and how AP heavy Distance was, we have decided to rework Distance to be more suitable in the meta to more easily compete with the other teams. There will still be unique synergies and they will keep their signature Nano-Card builds.
- Nano-Hazards are now -1 to S-P-P but will reduce the AP cost of certain card types.
- Nano-Shifts now revolve around swapping Nano-Cards, Gaining AP, and Flipping Hazard S-P-P.
- Nano-Mods are now varies buffs with many ways to enhance Shift play.
ALL Nano-Cards are also 1 AP or 0 AP.
