I cast lightning torture

Made the guns louder because I was bored.

I've also deleted the M1911. I'll eat my hat if someone notices the next time we play TTT.

Minor sound update.

Major weapon rebalance. Might suck, we'll have to see.

Major weapon rebalance, trying to increase TTK as TTT isn't very fun with it being so low like it was before this.

Not enough ammo boxes so I gotta make the SVD use the same ammo as the Deagle.
