Added Auto-combat toggles to enable undrafting toggling it off automatically.

Needs to be toggled in the setting menu. Off by default.

Health Scale recache can now regenerate if missing.

This should fix issues with large pawns getting too high injury values on load due to something querying health scale before it is setup.

If Auto-combat is enabled and then disabled in the mod options it will now disable all saved pawn settings to make sure pawns won't follow their last saved ones.

Removed the patch to remove the Research Tab if it was empty. Couldn't reproduce the issues with it, but I don't want to risk it breaking something, nor do I have time to sit around testing it right now.

Set B&S Research Tab to visible by default. Before it was visible only if a research was available. A bit pointless and leftovers of a test to remove the tab if it was empty.
