Oshawott had a problem with his knock-back since day one, so we nerfed his knock-back on some moves

Moves Changed:
*Back Air
*Forward Smash
*Up Air
*Forward Tilt
*Down Smash
*Up Smash

Because of these changes, Oshawott will no longer get off kills as early as 90-100%.

To compensate for this, Oshawott's Top Speed has been increased by 1.5.

We also changed the angle of Down Smash to make it launch forward instead of straight up
